Mango malformation :Floral malformation : Proliferation of infected tissues. Compact bunch of panicles/flowers. The compact mass is very hard. Individual flowers largely enlarged with a large disc. Inflorescence gets hypertrophied. Malformed heads dried up in black masses and persist on the tree for a long period
mango malformation : Bunchy top : Compact leaves are formed in a bunch at the apex of shoot / leaf axil. Small rudiments crowded together on short shootlets. More pronounced in young seedlings and seedling trees. Panicles do not develop fully and result in heavy crop loss.
